About the Job
Heritage Avonlea of Olathe is seeking a Director of Maintenance for our Assisted Living Community. Health care maintenance experience. General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and floor installation is required. HVAC experience is a plus.

- Repair/replacement of faucets, toilets, clogged pipes.
- Replacing/adding additional lighting to existing circuits.
- Installation of vinyl flooring and carpet squares
- Drywall/painting.
- Monthly fire drills, smoke detector checks, water temp checks.
- Scheduling outside contractors when necessary.
- Fan coil unit troubleshooting.
- Light kitchen equipment repair.
- Responds to and completes resident work orders, insuring the quality of service to maximum resident satisfaction.
- General day-to-day maintenance.
This position is Monday-Friday full time with required on-call for emergency problems.
Candidate should be organized, outgoing, friendly, have basic computer skills, and have good communication skills.
