About the Job
Heritage Avonlea of Olathe, a 55-bed Assisted Living facility, is seeking a Full Time time CNA, 3-5 days a week for all shifst. Our community assists seniors with all ADLs. Our small and manageable community requires a dedicated, hardworking, and organized staff to manage all resident healthcare issues in our comfortable working environment.

Day shift: 6:00am 2:00pm. 5 days a week.
Evening shift: 2:00pm 10:00pm -5 days a week.
Night Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am 4 days a week.
Swing shift: 11:00am-7:00pm 3-4 days a week.

Nursing Aid duties include but are not limited to:
  • Assisting Residents with all aspects of daily needs.
  • Answering call lights to assist Residents.
  • Laundry (Resident's personal laundry).
  • Cleaning (Common areas, public restrooms).
  • Filing Resident paperwork in Resident charts.
  • Assist Residents in getting ready for bed.
  • Assist Residents in getting up in the morning.
  • Assist Residents to the bathroom.
  • Empty trash in Resident rooms and common areas.
  • Be able to use the phone, fax machine, computer for medications administration, copy machine.
  • Critical thinking.
